Honda produces more worldwide, less in China
Honda's global automobile production increased year-on-year in 2023, but it fell in China.
It produced 4.2 million cars in 2023 worldwide, up 8.2% on-year, while production in the second half increased 7.6% compared to 1H.
Production in China however fell 11.1% y-o-y to 1.3m units. By contrast, output in the United States went up 22.4% on-year to 1m units.
