Vietnam's Hoa Sen targets 6m t/y steelworks
Vietnam’s Hoa Sen Group has said it will propose to shareholders a $3.8 billion investment in restarting the stalled Ca Na steel complex project. Hoa Sen Ca Na-Ninh Thuan Steel Mill Complex could reach 6 million tonnes/year of steelmaking capacity, Kallanish notes.
