Hoa Sen takes over Guang Lian steelworks project
The Guang Lian steelworks project in Vietnam originally pursued by Taiwan’s E United, could be resumed under Vietnam’s Hoa Sen Group. The steelworks was thought sure to perish when Japan’s JFE Steel pulled out in 2014, Kallanish notes.
