Hoa Sen shareholders approve massive steelworks project
Shareholders of Vietnam’s Hoa Sen Group have voted 97.26% in favour of a plan to build a massive integrated steelworks which could one day reach up to 16 million tonnes/year capacity. The $10.6 billion project will still need to overcome significant hurdles however, Kallanish notes.
