Vietnam approves Hoa Sen mega steelworks
Vietnam’s Hoa Sen Group has had plans for a major new integrated steelworks in Ninh Tuan province approved in principle by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The plans are more expansive than those last suggested to shareholders, but are still likely to face challenges before commissioning, Kallanish notes.
