Hoa Sen commissions CRC mill
Vietnam’s Hoa Sen Group successfully commissioned a new 400,000 tonne/year cold rolling mill on 24 June, SMS Group tells Kallanish. The line is the first of two ordered from SMS Group’s Indian arm Esmech Equipment.
The mill is being brought up to maximum rolling speed of 1,400 meters per minute so it can hit its nameplate capacity, SMS Group adds. The line can roll 1,250mm wide and with thicknesses of down to 0.11mm.
