Hoa Phat to deliver HRC from November
Leading Vietnamese steel producer Hoa Phat Group plans to deliver 140,000 tonnes of commercial hot rolled coil from early November. This also means the firm has officially started the delivery of HRC from its Dung Quat Iron and Steel Complex, Kallanish notes.
