Hoa Phat puts phase-two project into operation
Vietnam's leading steelmaker, Hoa Phat Group (Hoa Phat), has put the second phase of its sinter and iron ore pellet project into operation. This was built by China 19th Metallurgical Corporation (19MCC), Kallanish notes.
The plant is located in a large-scale steelworks in the Dung Quat Economic Zone in central Vietnam’s Quang Ngai province. The sintering and pelletising facility started construction in mid-2018. MCC completed construction …
