Hoa Phat commissions No.4 converter
Vietnam's leading steelmaker Hoa Phat Group has commissioned the last of the four converters at its Dung Quat steel plant. Covid-19 impacted the progress of the project after the third converter was commissioned in December last year, Kallanish notes.
