HJHansen Recycling expands operations with new acquisition
HJHansen Recycling Industry has signed a deal to acquire all shares in Uniscrap. The major Danish scrap merchant now awaits final approval from competition authorities, Kallanish notes.
The shares are to be acquired from Scholz Recycling GmbH. This means that all Danish activities in Uniscrap will become part of HJHansen Recycling Industry.
