Hansen loads Denmark’s largest-ever scrap cargo, to Turkey
Danish scrap recycler H.J. Hansen Recycling has completed the loading of Denmark’s largest bulk cargo consisting of 44,000 tonnes of steel scrap.
The steel scrap cargo was sold in June to Turkish steel producer Habas. It consists of 20,000t of HMS 1&2 80:20, 18,000t of shredded scrap and 6,000t of bonus/busheling. 34,000t of this cargo were loaded in Lindo port and 10,000t in Fredericia.
