Higher sales help narrow SSP loss in 2019
Saudi Steel Pipe Company (SSP) reported a 4% on-year rise in revenue in 2019 to SAR 671.6 million ($179.1m), which helped net loss narrow 84% to SAR 26.8m.
The improved profitability was also thanks to better performance of associate Global Pipe Company, which provided a share of profit of SAR 8.9m compared to a loss of SAR 0.2m in 2018.
