Higher Russian billet prices fail to attract buyers
The rebound in billet offers on the back of recovering Turkish scrap import prices was confirmed last week, with new, higher offers from Russia. But uptake has not accelerated, as the majority of buyers were preparing to take a break for a ten-day long Eid holiday in the Middle East and North Africa, and Turkey.
