High utilisation, costlier scrap lift Turkish rebar
Turkish mills have increased their rebar quotes this week following the Eid holiday, despite the declines seen in steel prices in China.
Although the Chinese market is highly volatile, most market players think demand in China may be coming off its peak earlier than expected.
