OCTG trade case alleges high dumping margins
High dumping margins are alleged in the new US trade case targeting OCTG imports from four countries.
US petitioners claim antidumping margins of 320.17% for imports from Argentina, 280.14% for Mexico, and 143.18% for Rusia. A countervailing duty peition also alleges subsidy margins above de minimis for OCTG imports from Korea and Russia.
