High demand increases Sibanthracite coal output, shipments
Russian coal producer Sibanthracite Group increased production in the first half of 2021 due to higher demand on the international market and the deployment of additional equipment, the company says.
Volumes amounted to almost 10.5 million tonnes, up by 22% on-year, Kallanish notes. This includes 6.3mt of anthracite and 4.1mt of metallurgical coal.
