Hengshui questions Xinggang relocation
The Hengshui government in Hebei Province is concerned about environmental pollution if Xingtai Iron & Steel (Xinggang) relocates to Xinhe county of Xingtai city. This is only 30-40km away from Hengshui city, Kallanish notes.
