Henan Xinyang Steel commissions hot-rolling line
Henan Anyang Steel Group subsidiary Xinyang Steel has completed the hot tests of its hot-rolling line for narrow strip.
The design capacity of the HR line is 1.8 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes. Xinyang Steel will produce HR strip in thicknesses of 1.2-18mm and widths of 500-800mm.
The production equipment was provided by MCC Shenyang Qinhuangdao Company, and the width of the production line is 1,000mm.
