Henan transfers steel quotas to Guangxi
The government of Gongyi in Henan Province has decided to change the steel capacity replacement plan involving Henan Changtai Stainless Steel Sheet Company and Zhaoxin Metal Product Company in Hezhou city in Guangxi province. The change cancels plans for a furnace in Hunan and transfers the capacity to Guangxi, Kallanish notes.
