Henan Steel Group completes registration
Henan's new provincial steel group, Henan Iron & Steel Group, was incorporated on 1 March with a registered capital of CNY 20 billion ($2.91 billion).
Bo Xuebin, the current chairman of Henan Anyang Iron & Steel Group, will serve as chairman of the new steel group. As previously reported by Kallanish, Anyang Steel will lead the new steel giant.
