Henan steel accident affects production

An accident happened in Henan's Nanyang Hanye Special Steel on 17 May. Up to 115,000 tonnes of steel production could be lost based on capacity, Kallanish notes. It is reported that molten steel flowed out at the company‘s meltshop and splashed onto water cooling pipes on the morning of 17 May. 15 workers were injured, including 8 seriously.
