Henan knocks back electrode project environmental impact report

Henan province’s department of Ecology and the Environment has failed to approve an environmental impact report by Henan Kefeng Carbon Material Company. The report relates to an environmental assessment for a project to produce 60,000 tonnes/year of graphite electrodes, Kallanish notes.
