Henan applies pressure on steelmakers
Henan will implement differentiated electricity and water prices for steel enterprises. This is according to a document released by the Department of Ecology and Environment of Henan Province and the Henan Development & Reform Commission. The policy will be implemented from 1 August, Kallanish notes.
