Hegang Shigang to shut down urban plant
The Shijiazhuang municipal government in Hebei has released a document on strengthening measures for the comprehensive treatment of air pollution. It has asked HBIS Group (Hegang) subsidiary Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel (Shigang) to shut down its plant in the urban area of the city before the end of September, Kallanish notes.
