HEG sees electrode price stabilisation after sales soar
India’s HEG says electrodes prices will stabilise at heightened levels due to supply-demand tightness. The firm’s electrode segment saw revenue soar 243% on-year in the third fiscal quarter through December 2017 (FQ3) to INR 831.29 crores ($129.4 million), as capacity utilisation reached 84%.
