Hefei Carbon signs relocation contract
Recently, Hefei Carbon Company in China's Anhui province held a signing ceremony for its relocation project. Most graphite electrode subsidiaries belonging to Fangda Carbon New Material in Liaoning province including Hefei are undergoing upgrade and relocation projects in 2019, Kallanish notes.
