Hebei's Handan halves steel production over 1-15 March
Hebei’s Handan city has announced it will restrict steel and coking activities in the first half of March, according to the Handan Environment Protection Administration (EPA). Kallanish calculates the estimated influenced crude steel output is around 1.48 million tonnes.
