Hebei Zongheng to start new strip production line
Hebei Zongheng has nominated Shanghai Baoye Group (SBC-MCC) to oversee construction of a 1,780mm and a 1,250mm hot strip mill, according to SBC-MCC. The privately-owned Zongheng produced 10.23 million tonnes of crude steel in 2016, Kallanish notes.
