Hebei to push multi-billion-dollar steel projects
The Hebei provincial government this week issued a list of key steel projects for 2020, involving a total of 18 schemes worth a combined CNY 215.7 billion ($30.9 billion). Among these, eight projects are planned to start construction in 2020, seven projects will continue construction, two projects will undergo preliminary work and one project will be put into production this year, Kallanish notes.
