Hebei raises electricity prices for polluting steel companies
Starting from October 2024, Hebei will implement higher electricity prices for steel companies in the province that have not completed ultra-low emission transformation.
The new rates will be effective for two years until 30 September 2026. The aspects to be assessed are "organised emissions", "fugitive emissions" and "clean transportation".
