Hebei's Hongrong Steel plans quota sale
China’s Hongrong Iron & Steel, part of Hebei province’s Xinwu’an Steel Group, plans to sell its remaining steel quotas following a capacity replacement project. The registration period for the auction will last until 15 November, Kallanish notes.
