Hebei holds up Tangshan Guotang relocation project
Tangshan Guotang Steel's coking capacity relocation project has met with opposition from the Hebei Ecology Bureau. In the original plan, Guotang planned to build a new coking battery with quotas acquired from Tangshan Guoyi Special Steel and Tangshan Rongyi Coking Company, Kallanish notes.
