Hebei Anfeng plans coking project
Hebei Anfeng Iron & Steel plans to start construction of a coking project which is currently under environmental assessment, Kallanish notes.
The project is in Qinhuangdao city in Hebei province and has planned investment of CNY 1.99 billion ($289.14 million).
