Hebei launches more capacity replacement projects
The Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued several announcements on capacity replacement within the province on 7 January. These stated that four steel companies in Hebei will upgrade their production facilities and two steel companies will transfer their steel capacity out of the province.
