HBIS Xuangang shuts down all blast furnaces
HBIS Xuangang Steel Group in China's Hebei Province is reported to have shut down all blast furnaces from this week, Kallanish notes from the latest market reports. This is estimated to affect construction steel supply of some 350,000-400,000 tonnes/month.
