HBIS Xinggang details relocation project
Xingtai Iron & Steel (Xinggang), a subsidiary of Hebei Iron & Steel (HBIS), has revealed details of its relocation project through its environmental impact report. The capacity has been adjusted from its original proposals, Kallanish notes.
