HBIS Shisteel starts production at new plant
Hebei Iron & Steel (HBIS) subsidiary Shijiazhuang Steel (Shigang or ShiSteel) has officially started producing at its new plant in Shijiazhuang's Jingxing Mining Area, Kallanish notes. The launch was delayed by a month.
