HBIS Shisteel eyes September new plant commissioning
Hebei Iron & Steel (HBIS) subsidiary Shijiazhuang Steel (Shigang or ShiSteel) must shut down its urban plant and put the new plant into production by the end of September. So says Li Xuerong, Shijiazhuang municipal standing committee member and executive deputy mayor, Kallanish notes.
