HBIS Serbia plans higher production, revenue in 2018
HBIS Serbia is targeting a rise in production and revenue in 2018, after recording better results this year, says Yu Yong, president of China's Hesteel, the parent company of the Serbian flat steelmaker.
The Smederevo steel mill produced 1.5 million tonnes of steel this year. The target for 2018 is 1.8mt of steel production, Yong says as quoted in a statement on the Serbian government's website.
