HBIS Laoting seeks second-phase environmental approval
Hebei Iron & Steel (HBIS) Laoting Iron & Steel Company has submitted the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of its second phase to Chinese authorities and announced it to the public. This means that construction on the south and north sides of the existing plant will start soon, Kallanish notes.
