HBIS Laoting commissions hot strip mill
Hebei Iron & Steel (HBIS)’s Laoting steelworks has successfully commissioned a high-performance hot strip mill supplied by Germany’s SMS Group, with 4.1 million tonnes/year of capacity, Kallanish notes.
