Havilah to ship iron ore through Augusta port
Australia's Havilah Resources has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Port Augusta Operations (PAO) to use an iron ore port and transhipment facility. As the port is only 300 kilometres away from Havilah's Braemar iron ore projects and there are railways nearby, the use of the new port is expected to minimise logistics capital expenditure, Kallanish notes.
