Harouge to replace Libyan oil pipeline section
Libya’s Harouge Oil Operations has issued a tender for the replacement of a major section of pipeline, Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
Harouge, a joint venture between Libya’s National Oil Operation and Suncor Oil (North Africa) GmbH, is inviting legally licensed companies to participate in the tender.
