Hanwa sets up Philippines, Australia subsidiaries
Japan's Hanwa Group has established subsidiaries in Philippines and Australia to expand its global steel business.
As the wholly owned subsidiary of Hanwa in Philippines, Hanwa Philippines Corporation in Makati of Manila has registered capital of PHP 55 million ($1.01 million) with a business scope of import & export, and domestic sales of various industrial products such as steel products.
