Handan launches special environmental inspections
Handan city government has launched a one-week special environmental protection enforcement inspection campaign for 18 local steel plants over 11-18 December, according to the Handan Daily. This year Handan has removed 4.84 million tonnes/year of iron, 3.54m t/y of steel and 3.7m t/y of coke capacity.
