Hadisolb July-November shipments down 14%
State-owned Egyptian Iron & Steel Company (Hadisolb)’s directors have agreed to continue selling products at below cost until steel prices recover. The firm’s shipments in November totalled 21,270 tonnes, meaning July-November deliveries were down -14% on-year to 109,790t. Exports in the five months plunged -45% to only 8,436t.
