Hadeed Pakistan commences CRC production
Hadeed Pakistan has started commercial production at its new 300,000 tonnes/year capacity cold rolling mill in Lahore, a company official tells Kallanish.
The firm purchased the 6-high reversing cold mill in 2015 from China First Heavy Industries. It is procuring hot rolled coil feedstock from Japan and Taiwan, and converting it into 0.2-2mm thick CRC. Trials at the mill commenced in March 2019 (see Kallanish passim).
