Habas gets environmental approval for bar mill
The environmental impact assessment has been completed for Habas’s hot rolling mill project in Aliaga and the company has been granted approval, says Turkey’s Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation.
The rolling mill will have an annual straight and coiled bar (including rebar) capacity of 2.5 million tonnes and is expected to cost TRY 847 million ($26.38m).
