Gold Valley secures GWR mining rights
Australian iron ore producer GWR has executed a binding term sheet to grant mining rights for its C4 iron deposit and transfer residual rights at the JWD iron deposit to Gold Valley Iron (GV). This is for a total consideration of AUD 30 million ($20.92m) plus potential royalties.
In addition, GV is acquiring the sundry plant and equipment, stores and the C4 ore stockpiles for AUD 5m, Kallanish notes.
