Guilin Pinggang delays ECR plant commissioning to 2021
Guilin Pinggang's Endless Cast Rolling (ECR) project will be commissioned in February 2021 according to the latest documents from the Guangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The ECR plant was completed in September 2019, and the reason for the delay has not been explained in detail, Kallanish notes.
